Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product, order size, and level of customization. The estimated processing time provided at checkout or when your custom order is confirmed refers to the time needed to prepare your order and does not include shipping time.
Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected or provided for your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Andreana Creations cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier's system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your address carefully before submitting your purchase.
Andreana Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Andreana Creations is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier.
If your tracking information shows an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly to begin an inquiry or claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged due to an issue with the product itself or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Andreana Creations within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of the product and packaging may be required so the issue can be reviewed.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is available for your order, pickup instructions will be provided once your order is ready. Orders must be picked up within the timeframe communicated unless other arrangements have been approved.
