At Andreana Creations, each order is created with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Please review all names, dates, colors, photos, wording, and other information carefully before submitting your order. Andreana Creations is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that differs from your approved order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be required so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, downloads, templates, and other digital purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Courses & Educational Products

Courses, classes, workshops, mentorships, and downloadable educational materials are non-refundable once purchased or accessed unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations

Because work may begin shortly after an order is received, cancellations are not guaranteed. Once designing, production, or personalization has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
